Çok güzel rahat temiz bir aile evi.

Aynı fotoğraflarda görüldüğü gibi yeni temiz ve konforlu idi. İhtiyacımız olacak herşey düşünülmüştü. Sinek ilacı, alerji kremi, atıştırmalıklar bile düşünülmüştü. Ev sahibi ilgili ve oldukça yardımcı idi. 2 çocuğumuz ile kendi evimizdeki gibi rahat hissettik. Tekrar Kos a gidersek burada konaklamak isterim. Ev sahibine teşekkür ederim.

− Tesisin konumu merkeze yürüyerek gitmek için uygun değil. Araç kiralamak bence mantıklı özellikle çocuklu bir aile iseniz. Ev sahibi bu konuda çok yardımcı oluyor.

Mooi, groot modern appartement met 2 slaapkamers en goede faciliteiten. Goed contact vooraf en tijdens het verblijf met de host via whatsapp. Grote verrassing was dat de koelkast deels al was gevuld. De locatie ligt op een rustige plek ten zuiden van Kos-stad. Binnen 10 minuten fietsen sta je midden in het centrum. Op elke kamer is goede airco en het terras is overdekt.

We had a wonderful stay at Melber Apartment and would happily come back. The apartment was very clean and well maintained throughout our stay. The layout was excellent, offering plenty of space for our family with two small children. The location was perfect for us. It is situated in a very quiet area, yet Kos Town can be reached in about 5 minutes by car or around 20 minutes on foot. The terrace was a lovely place to relax in the evenings. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped, making self catering easy and convenient. Communication with the hosts was excellent from the beginning, and they were always friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated the two complimentary cleaning services during our 12 night stay, which was a very nice touch. Overall, we had a fantastic time and created many great family memories here.

− There is only one small suggestion for improvement. The terrace and garden area are very nice, and a couple of sun loungers would make it even better for guests who would like to relax outside and enjoy the beautiful weather.

La struttura si presenta pulita, accogliente e spaziosa. Possiede tutti i comfort e i proprietari sono persone disponibili e gentili. Ci siamo trovati molto bene

we were absolutely amazed by how clean it was when we came in. we were greeted by the owners and shown around in the apartment with the words if we needed anything we could always ask. they were available through mail and through whatsapp wich was amazing. there also was a fully functional kitchen with a lot of difference appliances for anyone's tastes/needs. it was also in a very calm area where the only sound that would reach you at times were the sounds of animals which was quite soothing. my father and I dared to call it our little sanctuary for the time we spend there. the beds were also amazing, definitly a treat for a bad back. it's a reasonable amount away from the city but easily reachable in about 10 minutes as well as a supermarket about 5 minutes away 10/10 would go here again if we go to Kos again!
