Perfekt belligenhed kun 250m fra klubhuset til Golfbanen, rigelig plads og tæt på poolen, meget stille mens vi var der

− Meget slidt hus som skriger på renovering. Loftlampe som er ved at falde ned, mange spots i bad som ikke virker, farlige eliinstallationer, havegrill virkede ikke, havemøbler så slidte og beskidte at de skulle være udskiftet for mange år siden. Det skriger af et sted hvor ejeren ikke har interesse i at vedligeholde det.

− Le falta cambiar alguna cama. Son de muelle y alguna es incómoda.

The townhouse is was built with quality and it is located very central within the Cala Golf complex.

− The interior of the property is dated and not very well maintained. The front gate and car gates do not latch into place. The bed mattresses and pillows are older and not very comfortable. Bed linens and comforters are a little past their prime. The less desirable aspect was there was an displeasing odor coming out of the AC vents when running. There were a number of light bulbs and light fixtures that were not working on not in good condition. The sinks in this property do not have P traps (U shaped pipes) under sinks as to prevent sewer smells from climbing up to the interior of the home. Some shower drains are may drain too slow and need to be cleaned.

Muy amplio, luminoso, instalaciones en muy buen estado, preciosas vistas

− Está un poco apartado de todo para el que le guste tenerlo todo al lado, pero a mí me resultó relajante

de ligging van de townhouse, dichtbij het grote zwembad, de clubhuis en de spa. Goede keukenuitrusting, zitje buiten en binnen. Grote kamer met aansluitend badkamer. Bedden goed, goede verduistering. Goede hor bij schuifpui. Goede airco.

− Maar 1 set sleutels en dus ook maar 1 afstandsbediening voor de poort waardoor je niet gelijktijdig verschillende afspraken kon hebben. Alleen toilet beneden functioneerde goed. Geen Tv aanwezig, alleen beeldscherm. Slaapkamers zonder plafondlamp, badkamer, helft van de lampen kapot waardoor ook daar weinig licht.

Great location and facilities available , bit tired decor but that didn’t bother us at all , pool towels as well as bathroom towels left . Easy access to the golf , beautiful outdoor pool , great views from all the balconies
