− No TV in the room bin was not emptied there was no coffee or sugar to make a drink plug socket hanging off the wall by a wire fleas in the bed.
Um… where to begin? Long story.
1.0I had a roof although I think there was someone in the loft above our room as there is a weird piece of moulding with lights going through it.
− Everything. Bed bugs, dirty walls, no staff, no sense of service. Please go out of business before you ruin another New Years for someone. Also thanks for no toilet roll or spoons. Also no TV in the room as advertised. Cheers mate.
