Lovely staff but such a noisy and cigarette smoke filled environment
7.0The staff are absolutely lovely, very helpful and kind. Breakfast was nice with a choice of items available and also fruit. The room was cleaned daily. Shower also very good.
− Sadly there were a few things that impacted our stay. We appreciate it was new year but most loud music in town ended around 10/11pm. That of the neighbours here however went on into the early hours for two consecutive nights. Deafeningly loud thumping bass music meant it was impossible to sleep. Looking at some other reviews this seems to be an issue with those particular neighbours. The soundproofing between rooms is also not great. The rooms are quite small and the air conditioning was not particularly effective. We were in a room on the second floor next to the balcony. Unfortunately on the balcony was the smoking area so we had the smell of cigarette smoke drifting into our room as the tables were directly outside our window. We therefore also had to keep the curtains closed all the time.
Great stay, recommend.
10.0Very friendly staff. Room was comfortable, free water provided and toiletries. Good AC and even though bathroom was a wet room, the whole bathroom didn’t get wet. Nice breakfast too! About 10-15 mins away from main area of town

10.0The reception girl was very friendly and smiling. She gave us the best room in the building!we had a great Mountain View! In the evening we can see the hot balloons lending. The room was very clean and comfortable. We also had very good local food for breakfast! Definitely worth the money to stay here!
