A quaint cottage in a great location

− Stairs are difficult and dangerous they are an accident waiting to happen. Futon bed settee in lounge was uncomfortable and kept siding down. It was also covered in dog hair underneath the throw it had not been cleaned. Garden area has no grass so not pet friendly. The tv size is a joke and not able to see it from the only comfortable chair in lounge. Door to bathroom cannot open fully due to location of basin inside.

So central for Morrisons train station and buses dog friendly, the beach was down the road not far.

− Nice to have a proper settee not sitting on pull out bed I found it uncomfortable.

Cromer itself beautiful cottage very disappointing

Unfortunately there was very little to enjoy about the property

− Unfortunately we had to make a complaint regarding the cleanliness of the cottage and general poor standard , from the first impression to finding from general cleanliness to rusty kitchen grills to a kettle which was to basically unusable , we did not use the kitchen to cook I am forwarding pictures to support my complaint.

The location was excellent. The use of a garden for our dog was great. People either side of the property were very friendly. The mattress I found comfortable and bedroom good. We were able to find parking on local streets easily.

− The tap in the kitchen leaked which resulted in the work top getting soaked each time the tap was used. The toilet didn't always flush properly. Although there were 4 pillows on the bed they were pretty flat. The property could do with a fan in this warm weather. A few tweaks and this could be a perfect place to stay. No pen in property to write about tap and toilet issue in the maintenance book.
