We enjoyed our stay. The entrance to the property needs a good clean. The buiders are making a mess
7.0The kitchen and shower room were in good order.
− The decor needs some tlc now. Lot of hand marks on walls and around light switches. We stripped the bed when leaveing and found holes in the duvet cover.

7.0Spotlessly clean and great location
− At the time of our stay the cafe downstairs was having building work done. This meant there was constant loud noise all day and due to the extra work vans our parking spot was difficult to get in and out. I appreciate this is out of the rental control but I feel that alternative accommodation should be offered during this disruptive period. If this wasn't possible then a discount offered
Ideal Grasmere location
10.0Perfect location for Grasmere and the surrounding Lake District. Public transport easily accessible, close to shops and eating establishments. The apartment itself is an ideal size for 2 people, very clean, the kitchen has everything needed. Would definitely recommend this as somwhere to stay.
