10.0Brill time and van was great. Comfy, clean and had everything we needed. Site was quiet but had lovely pool and pub.

9.0Lovely shower Little touches such as washing up liquid, tea towel,towels,and other bits and pieces were supplied The out door pool was fab to cool off in as was hot weekend 10 min walk from sandown station
− As with other comments the double mattress needs to be replaced or a thick mattress topper bought as could really feel the springs

10.0The caravan was spotlessly clean. It was ideally located near to both the pool and car park. Communication from Ann and Andrew were excellent. There were "special touches" (DVD's, plenty of towels, washing up liquid, handwash etc.), which are often not provided. We made some lovely memories during our short stay and would highly recommend.
2 days chilling
9.0The caravan was perfectly clean and all facilities you could need. It's on a mixed residential and holiday site and in a quiet location, although to be fair the whole site seemed very peaceful. Didn't use the bar or pool, but they looked good. For a couple of days r&r after the festival I couldn't ask for more.
− I'm struggling with this! I was on my own and perhaps if more people were there, particularly if all adults, some kitchen/dining facilities may be found lacking. However, an excellent oven and microwave.
A lifesaver for me and my dog. Ann was incredibly helpful and very kind.
8.0It was an emergency booking following a let down by a b&b. Ann was so accommodating and there was no problem with my dog. The place was very clean, the area was quiet and there was everything I needed.
− I don’t say I didn’t like it, but the windows were quite stiff to open…nothing a squirt of wd40 wouldn’t fix
