9.0Izvrsna lokacija, u centru grada, udaljena 15-ak minuta hoda od većine kulturnih znamenitosti, ali u mirnoj ulici. Ispred zgrade se nalaze besplatna parkirna mjesta i najčešće se nađe slobodno mjesto, a na nekoliko minuta hoda, nalazi se veliki javni parking koji se naplaćuje. Apartman je lijepo uređen, prostran, dobro opremljen, vrlo čist. Ima prekrasnu terasu na gornjoj etaži i balkon na prvoj etaži.
