we just stayed overnight as a stop over so the accomadation was good for that.

− The wifi was not working. the lights in the main lounge area didnt work so it was a bit dark.

The spacious, tall ceilings and large windows offer a gnerous living space. The well-equipped kitchen adds to the comfort of being at home. Nomusa's daily household care is a high-value amenity that is greatly appreciated. The gardener, Philani, keeps the beautiful, luscious garden in excellent condition that provides a tranquil environment. The plunge pool is a must for a dip! Perfect location - 500 meters to the dive center and 4 kilometers to the main beach. A bird watchers paradise . This accommodation exceeded our expectations! We will do our best to return next year for Daniel's next diving course.

Absolutely stunning house and ideally located close to the reserve and beach. The rooms were clean with air-conditioning. Secure house with a small pool to quickly take a dip in after a warm day.

The accommodation has a beautiful rustic chic style, is exceptionally clean, and very comfortable with a well-designed layout.

− The sand road leading to the lodge felt a bit uncertain at times, especially if you’re not familiar with the area.

It was an excellent stay and we would like to go back. A little slice of a dream.

It had all the things required for a full kitchen. We've previously had a place say full kitchen and it was a stove, a microwave, a couple of pans and pots and cutlery. This place have the dish soap and other items that makes life easier. I did not need any of the basics in order to cook.

− There is a squirrel nest in the roof of the main bedroom that can get quite loud at night. The first few nights were something to get used to but if you know what it is, then it's good. Also the road there is about a kilometer of sand road, which is fine for a small car like the fiesta we took but some places it would have been better with a larger car like a bakkie or 4x4.

− there were rat droppings everywhere on the couches on the microwave where the kitchen appliances are and where you put your toothbrush the rats kept us up all night long because they were running up and down even fighting above us in the roof where we slept they made wholes in the roof and in the shower we could see their teeth its gross wont recommend anyone going there as its a major health issue and we did not even get a FULL refund and then the owner hit is with " the property is managed on behalf of a UK-based charity and stated that leaving a negative review could potentially affect people who benefit from the charity’s work. " While we respect charitable efforts, we felt that this was not relevant to the serious hygiene issues we experienced during our stay and thought its best to warn people since nothing was said to us about any rat problems and we had to find it out ourselves and the owner has known about the rat problems for a while now and "thought" they were gone when we arrived witch they clearly weren't we did not once use the couch we did not once use the microwave we had to use the air fryer but it was gross and disgusting when we opened it is was not washed i had to wash it when we arrived i enjoyed sodwana bay so much that i wanted to stay an extra night at the place even though i could not even put my toothbrush in the toothbrush holder because of the rat droppings or sit and relax on the couches or use the microwave but ended up leaving earlier as what i booked because of the droppings just appearing over and over again even when cleaners cleaned it for us and when the rats chewed their way through the corner of the roof right next to our bed and in the shower thats when we had to call another lodge at 11 at night and ask them if we can please stay by them for few days we were out the next morning at 8 rude owner unpleasant and unsafe environment living with rats and rat droppings
