Great host, nice appartment
10.0Jannik is a great host. Whenever we needed anything he was always there to help us. Our flight was delayed, we arrived very late at night but Jannik was there to meet us. He also left a few bottles of water and a bottle of wine in the fridge for us which was very nice. The appartment is very clean and cosy, the photos fully correspond the reality. It is located a bit far from the beach and the sea promenade, it took us about 15-20 minutes walk (with kids) but it was not a problem for us. We will definately be happy to come back.

10.0Stan je čist, u mirnom delu grada, potrebno je 15 minuta hoda do plaže. Gazda Janis je izuzetno simpatična i organizovana osoba. Kreveti su udobni. Klima u svim sobama, takođe i svaka soba ima svoju terasu. Ako ste u Perei, ovo bi bila dobra opcija za vas!

10.0A wonderful appartment that truly makes you feel at home while traveling. Everything is thoughtfully arranged for guests’ comfort: air conditioners in every room, a washing machine and dishwasher, extra sets of linens and towels, mosquito nets on the balconies, and a fully equipped kitchen. We also really appreciated the private parking space for our car. The three balconies with sunshades and comfortable furniture were a highlight – it was a real pleasure to enjoy morning coffee or dinner outdoors. The apartment is located in a peaceful area. Even during busy weekends in high season, we could enjoy the quiet atmosphere. At the same time, everything you need is nearby – supermarkets, small shops, pharmacies, cafés, and restaurants. The promenade and a beautiful beach are just a 10–12 minute walk away. Thessaloniki Airport is only about 15 minutes by car. Our heartfelt thanks to the wonderful hosts, Giannis and his wife, who welcomed us in the evening upon arrival, answered all our questions, and were always available if we needed anything. An excellent choice with absolutely no downsides.
