Perfect size house and perfect location.

We love it. Weve stayed here like 5 times now I think? We use this house everytime we go to Florida now.

− They forgot toilet paper in one bathroom but it’s ok because we brought extra this time. There were some lights flickering in 3 different rooms this time so hopefully that gets fixed before some electrical issues cause a fire because we plan to come back maybe in October.

Very confortable and well decorated home, perfect for Navarre's convenient half-way distance in between the area beautifol beaches, só you get conveniente access from Pensacola up to Destin; The house is very well kept and maintained, so everything was funcioning well and in good condition; The house is spacious and the Air Conditioning works great, besides the several ceiling fans; The bedrooms are roomy, the matresses, the bed linens, sheets and pillows are extremely comfortable; The house has a great and fully equiped kitchen, with all the utensils, dishes and pans you might need, plus a Keurig coffe machine; Dishwasher, washer and dryer machine too; Fast and good quality wi-fi connection; The backyard is big and kids loved tô play in It, specially in the pirate's house in the tree-house; Only a quick 5-6 minutes drive tô reach Navarre Beach; Bathhrooms are good too, good walter pressure, good quality towels and a convenient toiletry kit; The fridge is brand new; The living room hás a big TV and comfortable sofá set; Dining table for 6 persons; The neighborhood is beautifol and peacefull; We loved tô stay here and would definitely come back; THIS HOUSE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and you will Love It too!

It was our 3rd time renting this property and we love it. Will definitely rent again in the future.

− I had trouble having my calls go through when I was asked if I wanted to extend my stay. I called a few times and the call kept dropping. I sent a message about it and got no response but it’s fine. We were ready to go home by the last day anyway. Lol also there seems to be an electrical issue going on in the dinning room and the master bedroom. The lights were all flickering in those rooms. Might want to get that checked out. I’d hate for something to happen and not be able to rent it again one day.
