A estadia não aconteceu e até o momento perdi meu dinheiro.
1.0− Na verdade eu cheguei no local com meu marido por volta das 22:50, após uma reserva de última hora. Cheguei e não havia ninguém para nos receber. Mandei mensagem no WhatsApp e nada. Consegui ligar e um rapaz me atendeu, dizendo que eles recebiam hóspedes até às 23hs, e me perguntou que horas eram. Olhei no relógio e disse que era 22:59. Ele disse que estava deitado, e que teriam que levantar. Disse que não precisavam se preocupar, que procuraríamos outro local, desde que o estorno fosse feito. Eles disseram que eu podia solicitar o estorno diretamente pelo Booking. Fiz, o pedido foi aceito pela acomodação mas até agora não recebi o valor e ninguém me responde sobre prazos, nem Booking e nem a Pousada Marcatto. Eu preciso de um posicionamento urgente, pois q situação está desconfortável.

10.0O ambiente, muito verde ar puro ,faz lembrar casa de vó cheio de vida flores. O anfitrião muito educado explica bem o funcionamento. A segurança no portão com a trava. Bem iluminado o caminho até aos quartos.
