We had a good stay in this cozy and convenient apartment.
8.0Cute apartment with most of what you need of utensils! Great old fashioned cottage feeling, comfy beds and modern bathroom. Cozy vibe. Outside the city, but still very close to everything. We had great days here! The host was available for questions and everything was very practical.
− A lot of spiders and webs everywhere. Probably not the cleaners' fault, just what it is like here in the woods. Didn't realize the parking and flight of stairs were so far away from the apartment, very unconvenient with a lot of kids and suitcases. Also the third bedroom and biggest bathroom are in a separate floor, so we ended up not using them as our kids are too small to stay there by themselves. To get hot water the water had to run for 10 full minutes, so we thought the heating was out and skipped showering while waiting for the hosts' reply.

10.0A beautiful property with lovely bedrooms and wonderful views. The WIFI works well and it was wonderful having the fire going. It's about a 30 minute walk into Kitzbuhel and the first gondola where you can also get the Ring bus every 15 minutes to the other gondola. The beds are comfortable and there are plenty of hangers.
− Nothing really, a little bit of a walk but keeps you fit! A taxi is only about 15 Euros. Could do with a TV but we used our laptop. We couldn't find a toaster so used the oven grill.

Perfectly cosy apartment with great views
10.0Great location, beautiful and very cosy house with very big living room, table for evening conversations as well as additional table for breakfast and dinners. Fireplace was magical. I highly recommend this apartment. Contact with owner was great, everything in order.
