The host Nurul's attentiveness made it an incredible stay!

The room was spotless and clean. The mattress and pillows were comfortable. The simple fan was enough to keep me cool while sleeping. The room came with an extension cord, water bottles, snacks, and coffee/tea. I wasn't expecting these and it made my stay comfortable! The homemade breakfast was delicious and filling too! But most of all, the host's kindness made the stay memorable and warm. If you need anything, just ask her! I was able to receive a towel even though it wasn't in the room at first. Also, she is hard working; running her shop next door from 6 am to midnight. For this reason, I was able to check in to the room later at night after my friend's wedding at Plataran Heritage hotel (7 minute walk away). Also, her daughters were cute and her family was kind! We had many great conversations. She can speak both English and Japanese well! I also enjoyed buying some snacks and coffee mixes from her shop that I'm excited to try!

− This is a local stay in a no frills room. It is worth what you pay for. Please note that there is no showerhead in the bathroom but the water bucket is sufficient for being able to get yourself clean. If you are afraid of small bugs, do not stay here. At night because of the lights being on in/around the unit, it does attract small ants coming in. These bugs will crawl on the ground and in the bathroom/toilet but they don't go on the mattress at all! So I was fine and able to sleep. Also, there are cars driving on the nearby road even late into the night (past midnight) and roosters crowing in the morning (6 am), so bring earplugs if you need to. Overall, I was able to sleep well because I can sleep through loud sounds and I knew the small bugs would not crawl onto the bed. There were no flying bugs at all. At night there was a harmless gecko on the wall that also helped eat bugs.
