8.0Room was very clean. Parking lot adjacent to the hotel so no need of on the street parking. Walking distance to stores, restaurants, and river views

8.0The stairs were a bit of a challenge--we are not as young as we used to be. And we would have loved one chair at least in our room on the third floor but the whole place was neat and inviting. Wonderfully convenient location.

6.0Pretty property but NO services. No front desk and a very wonky check-in over the phone. No in room fridge, no ice machine, no charging ports on nightstands. Basic things one comes to expect from a new, modern place for $250/night.
