3.0− La casa era sporca, oltre alla polvere presente un po’ dappertutto a causa di pulizie molto sbrigative, c’erano anche residui di carta lasciati dagli inquilini precedenti vicino al letto. La porta del bagno non si chiudeva, ed anche un pezzo del phon era rotto. Il tostapane era lurido, impossibile da utilizzare. Prima di procedere con il pagamento della casa ho contattato l’assistenza clienti di Booking per avere delucidazioni sulla voce “deposito cauzionale” e mi è stato detto che i 150€ erano inclusi nel prezzo pagato e mi sarebbero stati restituiti entro 7 giorni dal check out. Ho contattato la struttura che banalmente dice che non è vero che i 150€ della caparra facevano parte del costo finale. Non avrei mai prenotato considerando tutto questo.

10.0Wir hatten 2 Appartements die direkt nebenan waren! Beide waren super! Die Lage war fantastisch, man ist schnell mit der U-Bahn überall! Würden dieses Appartement jederzeit wieder buchen! Gastgeber war immer und sehr schnell erreichbar!

− היה מאוד לא נקי, בשירותים היו בגדים מלוכלכים על הרצפה מאורחים שהיו לפנינו… כלומר ככל הנראה כלל לא ניקו את הנכס.
