10.0位置離金鱗湖、由布院很近，停車也方便，附近也有便利商店，但是要進去住宿點的路比較小條，房間很乾淨舒適，也有廚房，空間非常夠用。

民宿超級大，適合家庭住宿，有餐廳，晚餐可到超市買東西回來煮，民宿人員會在住宿日傳達住宿訊息，民宿有洗衣機和烘衣機可供使用，自駕旅客，民宿前有停車場，但進去的道路偏小，車型較大台的車子可能要評估一下，民宿附近有收費停車場，要仔細看一下24小時

10.0空間極大、滿滿日式氛圍、設備齊全的日式房屋，比照片還令人驚豔。金鱗湖走路即可到達，沿路有民居也有景觀餐廳，當天雖然下著雨，但因為有著特別的住宿體驗和美景，心情仍很雀躍。晚餐過後我們開車到AEON採買飲水飲料、隔日早餐、要帶回的日本食物(東西便宜還有退稅)。有機會再訪還會選擇這裡~
− 床架翻身時會有點晃動，穩定度若可再加強就更完美了
