Perfect holiday cottage in a great location
10.0A well presented cottage with a large open plan living room, two good size bedrooms with comfy beds and a good modern bathroom suite. Everything was excellent and the location was quiet and within a short walk of Berry Head and 20 minute walk into Brixham harbour.

10.0I am so happy to have booked here 🤗 Hosts were so helpful and provided us with a lovely place to stay. All the instructions were so easy to follow and understand. The home was spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, heating (if needed) was easy to adjust, and beautiful hot water for the bath or washing up ☺️ The location was perfect, just a 15 minute easy walk to the top of Berry Head, with beautiful views. Saw dolphins from there ☺️ The walk into Brixham harbour is not too far, either, which is good. I would totally recommend staying here. Wonderful hosts, wonderful little home. Thank you xxx

10.0Nice, cosy and warm. Plenty of heating for this time of year. Hot shower and bath. Spotlessly clean and tidy. Great facilities.
− Main bedroom a little tight to get around the bed. My wife recently had a replacement knee, so it was a bit awkward for anyone with limited mobility....second bedroom with 2 good sized single beds was fine. Still had a lovely stay.
