Neue Wohnung mitten in Asti. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Gute Küchenausstattung, obwohl wir diese nicht genutzt haben, da in der unmittelbaren Umgebung viele gute Restaurants sind. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es gibt sogar einen Aufzug. Die Fotos entsprechen der Realität. Sehr zentrale Lage und das Auto wird nicht mehr benötigt. Gute Anbindung mit dem Zug nach Turin. Nettes Begrüßungsgeschenk der Gastgeber.

− Die Straße ist über Tag recht lebhaft. Aber in der Nacht hört man durch die gut isolierten Fenster wenig. Die Einfahrt zum Stellplatz ist recht eng und für große Autos schwierig.

De locatie was top, zeer vriendelijke hosts, de inrichting, de ruimte , de hygiene en de extra’s, stille airco , privé parkeerplaats

− Het bed vonden wij iets te hard en tekort. Je lag er meer op dan in. Volgens ons makkelijk op te lossen met een zachtere topper

Our stay at the apartment went amazingly well, it's really beautiful, comfy and the hosts were available at any time when needed. It has everything you can need, is really well located & renovated, we'd recommend the place to anybody going there !

We were met on arrival and everything was fully explained - where to park the car , the WiFi. , the entry codes etc . Giacomo also booked an excellent restaurant for us which we would have never found on our own as well as a wine tasting the following day. He could not have been more helpful. There was also a welcome gift on arrival which was much appreciated . We slept very well and the apartment was very clean . There was a nice coffee shop nearby in the square

I recently had the pleasure of staying with my family at the Alfieri Apartment in Asti, and I can’t say enough good things about our host, Giacomo. He was exceptional in every way. From the moment we booked, Giacomo was extremely available and attentive, ensuring we were comfortable and happy with the place. He even went out of his way to book local gourmet restaurants for us, which made our stay even more special. The apartment itself is perfectly situated in the beautiful historical city center of Asti. It’s brand new and designed with such thoughtfulness that it truly felt like a home away from home. Very comfortable beds, large bathroom, beautiful environment. Giacomo also left personalized gifts for us, which was a lovely touch. Overall, our experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Asti. Thank you, Giacomo, for making our stay so memorable!
