− Zwei kleine Details im Bad ( Spühlung und Bidet, Stöpsel fehlte) Der Lärm von der Piazza Grimana nachts und früh morgens. Ist nicht zu vermeiden bei der tollen Lage. Man kann ja die Fenster schliessen, im Sommer halt schwierig

− Niestety przez ten widok w gorący dzień i noc gdy otwierasz okno słyszysz wszystkie hałasy ulicy - od graru ulicznego, przez ludzi wracających z imprezy po poranną śmieciarkę.

9.0La struttura si trova ad una posizione davvero centrale e permette di raggiungere agevolmente sia l’università che il centro storico della città. Lo staff è stato gentilissimo, rapido in ogni comunicazione e super comprensivo e attento alle nostre esigenze. La consiglierei e ci ritornerei!!

7.0Die geräumige Wohnung liegt zwischen Piazza IV Novembre und Piazza Grimana und ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Entdeckungstouren in Perugia. Einmalig ist die Aussicht aus den beiden Schlafzimmern! Die Wohnung war sauber. Der Vermieter hat hilfreiche Informationen geschickt, darunter ein Video mit dem Weg von der Stazione Perugia zur Wohnung.
− Der einzige, kleine Balkon liegt zu einem trostlosen Innenhof mit Blick zu anderen Wohnungsfenstern. Aber gut zum Wäschetrocknen. Im 3. Stock ohne Lift (war aber nur beim Gepäck hoch- und runtertragen.

10.0The view was incredible. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable for 4 people (we were 3). We were very close to the centre.
− There are quite a few stairs and no elevator. Not really a problem for us except for carrying baggage up and down on arrival and departure.
