10.0Me gustó mucho la atención del personal, muy amables y accesibles a responder cualquier duda que uno tuviera. El desayuno muy rico y el lugar es bonito. Compramos dos tours que ofrecía el hotel El city tour con la guía Mercedes, muy amable y divertida ella, explicaba todo muy bien una excelente guía y el tour a la Laguna Humantay, una muy grata experiencia a cargo de la guía Anita, ella también muy amable y dispuesta a resolver toda duda, una excelente guía. El hotel está en una buena ubicación, definitivamente volveré

Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.
