Excelente ubicación y buena conectividad. En los alrededores hay disponible todo tipo de servicios (supermercados, locales de comida, minimarket, farmacias, etc. Es una casona muy linda e histórica en un barrio tranquilo.

− A modo de sugerencia, sería conveniente disponer de un secador de pelo en el baño. y más perchas o de mejor calidad en las habitaciones. Y en la cocina sería útil tener un microondas.

Unfortunately, there was very little that I liked about this accommodation. The room was bright, but that was the only positive aspect of the stay

− This property is advertised as a “boutique hotel,” but it does not reflect that description. It is actually a shared room in a house that feels more like a student or party house. The photos are misleading and should be updated to show the current condition. The entire property was unclean, cluttered, and poorly maintained. The garden entrance, reception area, laundry room, shared spaces, dining room, and backyard all had piles of items and general disorganization. The property felt neglected rather than prepared for guests. The room itself was uncomfortable: dirty curtains, a plastic mattress cover that made the bed extremely hot, no place for luggage or clothing except the stained floor, an unstable TV stand, a loud refrigerator running throughout the night, and broken electrical outlets leaving only one usable outlet in the bathroom. The shower was extremely small, and the curtain stuck to you while showering. The kitchen was disorganized, poorly lit, and raised safety concerns due to grease around the stove controls. Cleanliness throughout the property also raised concerns about hygiene and possible pests. Although the room had a simple lock, the open back door, kitchen door and windows at night made us feel unsafe. The shared layout also meant hearing people moving and talking throughout the house at all hours, while not a party, still audiable. Carlos was described as helpful and friendly, but this was not our experience. Overall, the accommodation did not meet the standards, cleanliness, safety, or value expected for the price and significantly affected our stay. Finally there is nothing charming about the street or area, at least there was a local market with friendly vendors around the corner.
