Veniamo da anni a Puerto e la zona è davvero eccezionale: servita da fermata dell'autobus di fronte, supermercati per tutti i gusti raggiungibili a piedi, ristoranti e bar a non finire. La zona è trafficata ma finestre chiuse e deumidificatore hanno reso le notti fresche e tranquille... l'appartamento è completo di tutto, funzionale e adatto x 3 persone...poi dico sempre ognuno deve capire cosa vuole avere dal proprio soggiorno. Giulia è attivissima e pronta a risolvere ogni necessità!! Indicazioni per accedere chiare e precise. Forse la piscina e gli spazi comuni un po' da risistemare ma questo assolutamente non ha impedito il nostro relax... Comunidad tranquilla e contenuta. Pressione dell'acqua eccellente x farsi la doccia e acqua calda sempre disponibile. Phon presente (ho un sacco di capelli e x me averlo è indispensabile).. Sicuramente sarà un luogo che consiglieremo... Parcheggio disponibile di fronte o nelle stradine limitrofe... ❤️

Compact and well equipped, we had enough bedding and towels- including beach towels. There were a few condiments like salt and pepper and essentials like coffee probably left by previous guests, but also spare bin bags, soap, cleaning sponge and washing up liquid. We appreciated these, especially since friends in a far bigger 4 bed private swimming pool villa had nothing at all- not even a bin bags, let alone salt and pepper! Really appreciated these video instructions to get to the apartment and lock box.

− Needed to be aware of closing blinds in front room as bar opposite had good view through window. Was sometimes a bit noisy- although from the bedroom I think it was quiet- I slept on the sofa bed.

L'appartement est agréable, propre, suffisamment spacieux pour 2 personnes,la literie est confortable, la machine à laver est un plus. On peut cuisiner car il y a 3 plaques de cuisson et un four traditionnel. La salle de bains est suffisamment grande et la douche agréable. La proximité des plages et des commerces est également un plus.

− L'emplacement : résidence vieillissante et surtout une partie de l'appartement donne sur une avenue très fréquentée et très bruyante ce qui gâche la tranquillité.
