5.0The beds were comfy. Dishwasher, oven/hob and washer dryer all appreciated. Good amount of storage space. Good range of utensils eg pizza slicer, bottle opener etc.
− Shower unusable as wouldn’t stay in holder so had to have a bath every day. Temperature control broken as well and stuck on very hot. Pans in terrible condition, handles nearly falling off and dangerous to use. Plates hadn’t been washed properly. Kitchen smelt funky/mouldy and there were ant traps on the floor. The underground train makes the property rumble every five minutes, so you feel like you’re in the film Paranormal Activity and the bin lorry comes at midnight and wakes you up. Also get people banging doors at 2am. Would have been nice to have the very basics there such as salt/little toiletries. The milk shelf in the fridge door was broken. The sofa was tiny and uncomfortable. Towels very small and had to last us all week. Cleaners turned up before check-out time, knocking on our door. They were friendly and polite but it did make us feel like we were being rushed to leave. Toilet difficult to flush. No chopping board.

6.0Location is great, very silent and peaceful building, if you are looking for a 1-bedroom short stay the place will do the job.
− Staff answered my questions with multi-day delays sometimes without any answer. Everything in the flat is extremely basic and picked as the lowest price material.

8.0Spacious appartement in central but quiet location. We even had a large outdoor terrace!
− Sparcely equipped kitchen: no wipers or sponges, no detergents, only one small pot and pan, no coffee machine. No soap, only two towels and two rolls of toilet paper for two people staying for 7 days. There was an unpleasant chemical smell unless you kept the windows open. No bedside lamp suitable for reading before sleeping.
