A super clean and very practical apartment, equipped with everything you need for both short and long term stays: air conditioning, exterior blinds, washing machine, dryer, toiletries, drying rack, spacious wardrobe with shelves and hangers, large refrigerator with freezer, etc. Refreshments and snacks are provided upon arrival. Not a single insect was seen during my stay. The owner is always available via chat and very helpful with any questions. Perfect location on the 7th floor with breathtaking sea views. The apartment is shaded in the mornings, ensuring a pleasant wake-up temperature. The building houses both residents and tourists. The many parking spaces directly at the apartment may be occupied, but there are two additional, larger, free parking lots just a 3-minute walk away, where spaces are always available. Opposite the building is a path through a forest that leads in just 400 meters to a stunning bay with a beach bar and turquoise, crystal-clear water. The cove is located on the beautiful Lungomare promenade, which is 1.8 km long, perfect for strolls, and offers two more beaches to the right and left. The small supermarket Studenac is a 3-minute walk away, and a large, modern shopping center with free parking is a 10-minute walk away. The town center is an 8-minute drive or a 30-minute walk.

Close to the beach.

− I dont like heights and the apartment was located on 7th floor. If you like heights its not a problem.

Absolutely everything was perfect, clean, location near the perfect beach 10/10, and with a pleasant walk distance from the city center. Communication with the host top notch, we have been on the wonderful vacation at Pula in Skyline apartment.

Čistota, vybavenost, umístění, v podstatě všude blízko, zaparkovalo jsme první den auto a sedli do něj až při odjezdu, dostali jsme dárek pro syna, lokalita naprosto klidná. Skvělá komunikace, v podstatě okamžitá odpověď. Byt byl nově zrekonstruovaný, takže krásný.

− Chyběla lopatka a asi trošku lepší koště nebo něco na úklid. Asi by jsme ocenili dvě samostatné přikrývky. (Neozvali jsme se a tak to je spíš naše chyba). Byt byl nový a krásný, ale trošičku nedotaženě detaily - zásuvky pod postelí neseděli do kolejniček, tudíž se otvíraly šoupáním po nové podlaze. My jsme to radši nevyužívali vůbec. Snad tenhle detail brzy majitelka doladí, aby hosté nezničili pěknou podlahu.

Perfect Stay in Pula – Comfort, Sea Views & a Wonderful Host!

I had a truly wonderful stay in Pula! The apartment was extremely comfortable, beautifully maintained, and every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of — it really felt like a home away from home. The location is perfect, with the sea just a short walk away and a lovely view right from the window. Peace and serenity surround the place, making it ideal for a truly relaxing holiday. Barbara is an absolutely amazing host: warm, kind, and always available for anything you might need. She provided clear and detailed instructions for check-in, which made everything so easy. From start to finish, it was a perfect experience — 10/10 in every way! I would happily come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Pula.
