− Allow me to once again structure the key points that significantly impacted our stay and marred our vacation. 1. **Malfunction of the hammam.** A serious drawback was the fact that the hammam was not operational. We chose the villa, in part, for this amenity, yet no one warned us in advance about its non-working condition. 2. **Issues with cleanliness and insects.** In the gym and the kitchen, we noticed a large number of cockroaches, which indicates problems with the sanitary condition of the villa. The barbecue was also heavily soiled and greasy, and we had to clean it ourselves before use. 3. **Insufficient supplies.** Only one towel was provided per guest. Given the heat and the number of people (even based on the officially stated 3 people), this was catastrophically insufficient. Please take this into account for future guests. 4. **Unsanitary conditions in the bathroom.** In one of the bathrooms, there was a persistent unpleasant smell that we had to get used to over time. 5. **General cleanliness of the premises.** Our children helped us confirm the insufficient cleaning – their white socks became dirty within the first 10 minutes of being inside the villa.

9.0The luxurious penthouse with the three terrasses had all the amenities we expected from it. A private pool, sauna, multiple terrasses, well equipped kitchen area including wine cooler, dishwasher, parking garage.

Wonderful stay, cold pool
8.0Without question a wonderful apartment with a splendid view, which in itself makes it very worthwhile! Private pool and nice outside area's Great location on the lake, with easy access to sights nearby. The wonderful Como greenway is very near and a very nice walk along the lake (without cars)
− The private swimming pool was a big part of the attraction, when booking the apartment. So it was very unfortunate that the swimming pool was freezing cold as we arrived and (after the pump was fixed) it took some time to heat up. Consequently we were only able to enjoy the pool the last day of our stay. This was disappointing, especially taking into consideration the price.
