− Es roch immer wieder nach Kanalisation. Die Bahn direkt ins Zentrum ist etwas gar langsam.

7.0Tranvía a 5 minutos, supermercados a 8 minutos centro comercial 15 minutos, y en 25 minutos estas en el centro. Bonito, buen diseño y cómodo. Anfitrión correcto, contacto rápido por WhatsApp.
− Vecinos muy ruidosos, tanto el superior por voces como el lateral por gritos de crio imposible dormir hasta muy tarde. Bloque muy dejado y los balcones en mal estado. Aparcamiento en la calle. Olor fuerte a comida en la escalera.
