A very good location with a fair price
10.0The location is very close to Agia Marina, an area I consider the most suitable for families with children who want a gentle beach and calm waters without big waves. The property is just a 5-minute walk from the beach, which is a clear advantage. What I liked about this location: What I liked very, very much, considering that I’ve been coming to Aegina for over 10 years on vacation, is that this is one of the few places where I wasn’t bitten by insects inside the rooms, which for me is a decisive factor in choosing this location again for next year(Until now I have stayed in private villas, but from now on I will choose this location) Its position, close to the beach and to the area with shops, taverns, etc. The host, who keeps the property well maintained. Spacious, clean rooms, with towels changed daily. The place is quiet—you don’t hear noise at night. The pool is well maintained, cleaned every evening. Parking spaces available within the property (personally, I left the car on the street as it was easier, and there are plenty of spots). The large terraces of the apartments with tables, sofas, chairs, etc. Air conditioning units in the rooms (although I was initially a bit surprised there wasn’t one in the living room area, the two units in the bedrooms cooled the entire apartment very well).
− It would be an advantage if the property had one or two washing machines available.
