10.0Everything was very good, very beautiful view of the ocean and Adeje. The villa was very clean and well furnished, the outdoor area is great with a large terrace and a good heated pool. The villa is equipped with an alarm system so you always feel safe. Shopping centers, beaches and restaurants are within a 5-10 minute drive. Thank you Nolan Group for the professional service from start to finish.
− The construction noise that is happening right above the villas was a little disturbing, but we were warned about it in advance and expected it. The kitchen equipment could also be improved a little (pans, knives, spatulas).
Really enjoyed our week in the villa!
9.0Amazing villa with superb views and facilities Hosts were fantastic and always available to answer questions - prewarning of the ongoing construction work was appreciated, and actually didn’t affect the stay too much at all
− Cable / satellite TV would be beneficial Needs a full size mirror! Not always easy to get a taxi, and it is quite a walk into town, particularly to get to the nicer areas like Del Duque

Great stay, just a few simple items missing. Would definitely recommend to all.
9.0The property was a lovely open plan lay out, 3 spacious rooms and open plan downstairs. Pool was nice and heated, comfy sun loungers. Location was decent, it was around a 5-10 minute drive to most places we wanted to go.
− Not much to criticise, there were no kitchen scissors which was annoying and no full length mirror but other than that was good. It was hard to get a taxi from there so had to use Uber a lot which was expensive. Could easily get a taxi back once in town though.
