A quiet, back to nature restorative stay.
8.0The host Mr Thaha is a perfect Gentleman. The view was awesome. Perfect for a quiet restorative holiday. Mr Sharaf was very quick to respond to our requests.
− Food has to be ordered from out. A full day powercut is not entirely supported by the generator on premises.

1.0− its not a resort but a few 3-4 rooms in a deserted place , nothing more than a home stay. Old dirty, smelly room, not fit family & kids. The staffs / manager are arrogant & cheat customer with false promises. AVOID booking this, if travelling with family & kids.

7.0I liked the food, and the staff - Leena and the other staff member there. They were helpful and nice and prepared very delicious food. Location is away from the quiet. And right infront of the ocean. The only thing we didn’t like was that the property was not maintained. It’s a big property and rooms were big but not maintained.

Disappointing
2.0The location, accessible to the beach and with a good view from the property. It is however far from other places so you need a vehicle for access to eating joints etc. Breakfast provided was home made and very good though not much variety.
− From the listing, it was not clear that its a homestay and not a proper hotel or resort. Amenities are very basic. The property is very basic and not very well maintained. Cleanliness is basic and the rooms as well as bathroom could do with some deep cleaning. One of the bathrooms had very low pressure in the shower and there was a bad drainage smell at night. We asked for omelette at breakfast and were told that its chargeable, this kind of service is not expected for the rate that they charge. There was a kettle but no tea or coffee sachets. Coffee other than breakfast was charged. For two rooms we were provided one A/c remote and on second day, after asking, they provided the second remote. The property is barren with just coconut trees and one hammock for each room. No lunch and dinner, so you either have to take your vehicle and head out or there is one restaurant that is walking distance, in the dark, with your phone as torch.. Definitely overpriced for the basic level of stay. Only saving grace and the two stars are for the caretakers who are good people, good home cooked idli dosa, and the serenity and view from the property.
