10.0Viihtyisä,puhdas. Kaupat lähellä ja satama. Nähtävyyspaikkoihin lyhyt matka. Ilmastointi plussa kuumalla päivällä. Paljon viherkasveja ja parvekkeella kauniit kesäkukat.

10.0Korter oli väga puhas ja maitsekalt kujundatud. Seal olid olemas kõik vajalikud asjad. Korter oli õdus ja rahustava energiaga. Sellesse peatuspaika tuleme teinekordki tagasi, sest see ületas kõiki meie ootusi.

9.0Absoluutselt kõik oli olemas, pole kunagi varem näinud nii täis köögikappe ( äraantavates korterites :D ) - asju oli igale maitsele. Korteri omanik väga tore ja abivalmis.
− Madalale ulatuvad laevalgustid, kuigi ise pole just pikemat kasvu, segasid need küll.
