8.0The room was beautifully appointed. Everything was lovely quality from the complimentary drinks to the ample towels, and the craftsmanship of the furniture.
− Unfortunately the kitchen was broken so we could not have dinner there and that meant we had to leave. Also just little things like a drink on arrival. I told them it was the last night of our honeymoon when I booked and they said they would do something special but they must have forgotten.

10.0- Room was in great shape, very specious - Onsen was great - Food was exceptional - you don't need to plan a fancy dinner anywhere else in Japan after you were here. Quality is amazing, variety as well - staff is outstandingly professional, friendly, helpful

Wonderful oasis outside of Tokyo
10.0We liked everything about our stay, the room was lovely, food was exceptional, and the staff were amazing. We took the local and scenic trains down to Atami and the bullet train back to Tokyo. This area is worth the visit, and we would highly recommend Watei Kazekomichi
