10.0Meadowbrook House was the perfect place for our family to stay. Comfortable, clean and cosy :-) Location was excellent to visit Dartmouth, Paignton, Torquay and lots of other beaches and places of interest.

Satisfactory for what we needed.
8.0The property was clean and in a good location with comfortable beds. Parking at the front of the property was really handy. Easy instructions to enter when we arrived.
− The description stated that the property had two bathrooms which is incorrect. It has one shower room and one cloakroom. If we had known this we would not have booked as we were four adults sharing one shower room. Not ideal when getting ready to attend a wedding! Luckily we knew each other well. The property would benefit from a full length mirror.
Lovely clean and spacious property
9.0The place was easy to find, keys were in a key lock in a cupboard outside the property. It was very clean and spacious. The kitchen provided everything we needed. It was a bit further out of Dartmouth than I had thought but that was my fault for not reading the details properly but even so it was in a nice area. The beds were fairly comfortable but everything was clean and well provided.

8.0The property was very clean, and welcoming. The facilities were very good. The location convenient.
− The double bed was much too hard, and as someone suffering from arthritis caused a great deal of pain. I tried changing beds but this did not help. This is purely a personal comment and I am sure would suit other people.

10.0The property is very clean, comfortable & perfect for 3 friends to stay. Very well appointed, perfect location to visit Totnes, Dartmouth & various National Trust properties like Saltram, Greenway & Coleton Fishacre. We had a meal out at The New Inn at Moreleigh which was delicious.
