1.0This is a scam. The B&B stopped operating in February 2025 - see post on their FB page - but is still accepting non-refundable bookings on booking.com. A real eye-opener that booking.com strongly supports scammers and makes it very difficult for loyal customers.
− The property’s phone number has been disconnected and they didn’t respond to any messages for weeks, so it was obvious that the booking was not going to be fulfilled, yet booking.com customer service made us go to the property during the very narrow check in window of 5-7pm anyway and try to check in, otherwise they would refuse to process a refund. Wasted 6+ hours on the phone to booking.com customer service in total. Finally got confirmation that they will refund me, but it was incredibly painful.
