9.0Gera lokacija. Ezeras, kavines, PC, žaidimo aikštelės peščiom lengvai pasiekiamos. Erdvu, didelis kambarys, virtuvė.
− Kaip ir visuose daugiabučių kiemose vakarais su parkingu problemos jej reikia auto pasistatyti kuo arčiau.
