− The room is made of thin boards. It makes a loud noise when you walk on it. It is drafty and very cold at night! Since we did not have local currency, we agreed with the landlord that we could pay in US dollars. When we paid him, he refused to accept the payment. When it got dark, he asked us to go to the ATM to withdraw local currency for payment immediately, saying that he did not accept foreign currency. I'm very disgusted with what he did!

it is not worth R850 for the night.
1.0This property is a 3 bedroom house that someone is renting who then is renting it out to people who need a room with shared sitting and kitchen area. nothing to offer but a bed and a place to make some food.
− toilets broken, did not like that I did not know we was sharing a house like a dormitory with strangers. they were not there to receive us. could not wash dishes, no soap. tap shaky, toilet shared with strangers, and it was not working. Just imagine. Stove was not installed, had to use it with a lighter. not even set into the top. too many rules, no pork, no noise, no parties, no alcohol, don't move anything no tv. keep lights off when not in use. unplug all appliances. don't us the washing machine. no space for 3 separate room occupants to sit. no communication. etc.
