8.0Helppo kommunikaatio, nopeat vastaukset ja loistavat kuvalliset saapumisohjeet. Hyvä sijainti, 2 parveketta hienoin näkymin. Kiva ja tilava huoneisto.

Un breve soggiorno in Ogliastrak
10.0Ci siamo trovati davvero bene .L'appartamento è molto curato in tutto , belle camere , una con aria condizionata , letti comodi e bagno davvero eccezionale particolarmente la doccia che si regola perfettamente 88. Il parcheggio privato . La posizione è perfetta : tranquilla , c'è un piccolo market proprio sotto e si può raggiungere a piedi in breve tempo il porto di Arbatax .
− Sarebbero serviti qualche attaccapanni nell'armadio , uno stendino per costumi e asciugamani da spiaggia e cuscini un po' più bassi ..
Good budget option in the off-season
8.0The apartment was very spacious and easily accommodated four people. There were plenty of kitchen utensils, and complimentary coffee and tea were provided. The host was very friendly and welcoming. Considering the price in the off-season, it was great value for money. Free parking directly at the house.
− The microwave was placed on top of the refrigerator and had to be taken down every time it was used, which was inconvenient. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell after use. The Wi-Fi connection was rather weak. The neighborhood felt a bit run-down, although we didn't have any problems. Balcony was not usable.
Wohnung in Arbatax
9.0Die Wohnung ist in der ersten Etage von einem alten Miethaus mit einem eigenen kleinen Parkplatz hinter dem Haus. Sie hat 2 Schlafzimmer, ein renoviertes Bad, ein Wohnzimmer mit einer kleinen Küchenzeile mit Wasserkocher, 2 Balkone und eine Nische mit einer alten, aber funktionierenden Waschmaschine, die wir auch benutzen konnten. Maria Aurora kahm schnell vorbei und half uns netterweise bei der Bedienung der Maschine, worüber wir uns sehr gefreut haben. Sie war auch stets für uns erreichbar, nochmals vielen Dank dafür. Unter der Wohnung ist ein kleiner Laden mit Metzger und Obst, Brot, Gemüse, alles was man braucht. Die Matratze des Doppelbettes war gut. Es gibt im Wohnzimmer und im Schlafzimmer jeweils eine Klimaanlage die gut funktionieren. Anfang Juni brauchten wir sie Nachts nicht. Die Hunde in der Gegend bellen sehr viel und die Tauben ersetzen am Morgen den Wecker, was uns nicht störte, da wir früh unterwegs waren. Wir können die Wohnung gerne weiterempfehlen.
− Günstig gelegen zwischen dem Hafen von Arbatax, der Bucht Spiaggia Cala Moresca🌺und Spiaggia di Porto Frailis und dem tollen Torre di San Gemiliano.

10.0Appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort e a due passi dal mare. La posizione è tattica in quanto ben servita (supermercato vicinissimo e ristoranti pure). Lo staff gentilissimo e disponibile per ogni evenienza
