10.0The house is immaculate with plenty of space for our family of 4. The location was fantastic, with a short walk to the shops and restaurants. The house was fully equipped, and we had everything we could possibly need. Stephanie was a wonderful host and very helpful.

Great location, beautiful interior, good communication.
9.0The location was perfect for our needs, as we took part in a tournament held at the Olympiastadium and were on foot. Walking to town was quick and easy. The interior is neat and spacious. Communication with the host was very efficient.
− There was an extreme heat wave in Garmisch-Partenkirchen at the time of our visit and fans or some sort of air conditioning would have been very welcome. The front garden area looks unkept and did not feel inviting to sit in.

− Kein Müllkontainer für Glasabfall und Leichtplastik draußen, wir sollten die Mülltüten einfach draußen ablegen.

Very good location and very comfortable place to stay.
9.0Really well thought out apartment and ideal location, both for GAP and also for exploring the wealth of hiking areas in that area. We had a car but the train station is a block away so we could easily go to Munich and many other places with little difficulty.
− Not much not to like. The kitchen didn’t have as many utensils and appliances as we’d like, and a few things needed repairing but overall we could easily heat up leftovers and prepare breakfast and lunch without problem.

9.0Wir wurden von der Verwalterin erwartet, sehr zuverlässig - nach Telefonat konnten wir sogar vorher die Schlüssel erhalten. Wohnung sehr sauber und extrem gut ausgestattet. Die elektrischen Rolläden und Schlagläsen sorgten für angenehme Kühle in der Wohnung nachdem es Wochen extrem heiß gewesen war. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Entfernung zum Hausberg, wir waren für die BMW-Motorraddays dort, war in Ordnung. Nähe zur Fußgängerzone quasi nur wenige Schritte.
