Good location, great for dog walking, nice pub and cafe nearby. Warm and comfortable.

It’s spacious and comfortable, has everything you need provided,you just need clothes and food altho lovely pub a minute walk away does delicious take aways. The cottage garden is fully enclosed so perfect for children and pets also sunny. Room for 2 cars to park. It’s close to the beautiful north Norfolk beaches. Convenient shop.

Cottage very clean and tidy and nicely decorated. Kitchen well equipped and there was a generous welcome pack. Thank you., Bedrooms comfortable , plenty of hot water but downstairs shower not very powerful. Large enclosed rear garden with paved patio and grass area ideal for dogs and children to run around. Binham well kept village in great location for the coast and country walks. Definitely consider another stay.

− Lounge furniture bit hard and could do with larger sofa and bigger mirror in upstairs bathroom . Parking area at front of property was bit overgrown so parked cars on road which was no problem as plenty of space there.
