− Everything. The customer service is extremely poor. Not provided sufficient information about the stay. During winter season, the blanket is so thin and with the heater not even sufficient for the entire house as one room is cold as ice. Even with the provided number to call for anything but it ended up in voicemail. Book for a stay for 5 person and only provided 4 towels. Written free toiletries but no shampoo and plenty of conditioner. Seems like just left behind by previous tenants. They don’t even provide any tissue paper. This is one of the worst apartment that I’ve stayed and with the price of one night stay is totally not worth it.

− The living room was quite small and difficult to use. It also lacked some basic details, such as tissues and simple condiments, which made the stay less convenient.
