10.0We didn't stay in the house we booked as the oerson already there extended their stay. We were offered an alternative property around the corner. The house was lovely, wished we had a bath. Parking was easy. Really convenient location for us.

6.0Wir hatten eine Ausweichunterkunft, weil unsere nicht verfügbar war. Der Tausch hat super geklappt, das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend.
− Die Ausweichunterkunft war scheinbar gerade in den Endzügen einer Renovierung und war nicht in allen Teilen sauber. Insgesamt war es aber für zwei Nächte ok.

4.0That we were refunded.
− We had an electrical power cut hours after arriving and not fixed until the evening before we left ,we were sat in the dark unable to use TV, lights ,cooker or anything , the owner didnt seem in the least bit bothered about the situation and handled it terribly. The lounge area for 6 people was tiny and there was only 4 chairs . Not enough crockery or cutlery for 6 people,The Hob didn't work even before the power cut, there were bloodstains on one of the duvets,.the kick board from the Oven unit was missing, looked to be suspicious evidence under it wether fresh or old my dog wouldn't come away from it.(I have a photo) There was dog poo left in the garden not picked up previously. I did complain to owner and was quite rightly given a full refund, but the experience was dreadful .

Great location for a couple of nights for small family
7.0We booked this last minute after a mistake with another booking, getting the code for the lock box was very easy. House was very clean, beds comfortable.
− No living room, as one had been changed to a bedroom, small sofa and two chairs in what would have been dining room, if there was more than four people, you'd struggle to sit comfortably.
