4.0The property is huge with two big bedrroms, WIFI is good.
− The property fell short of expectations: there is no parking available, it is very old building with wooden stairs and the bathroom requires refurbishment. The building lacks soundproofing; the street noise is so intrusive it feels like sleeping outside. Furthermore, the apartment provided was not the one advertised in the listing.

Nicht zu empfehlen ! Glücklicherweise musste ich nur eine Nacht dort verbringen
3.0Die ersten 2 Übernachtungen habe ich in einer schönen Wohnung im Hinterhof verbracht, diese musste ich verlassen, da der stark veraltete Boiler nicht mehr funktionierte
− In die ursprünglich gebuchte Wohnung kam ich erst nach 2 Tagen, da diese anderweitig verbucht war. Leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung, da die Wohnung stark renovierungsbedürftig ist. Verschimmelte Badfugen, der Laminat ist in einem schlechtem Zustand, fehlende Schranktüren in der Küche (welche auch das Wohnzimmer mit Fernseher ist), extrem eklige Rollladengurte und im Allgemeinen Unordentlich. Alles passend zu dem Rauchgestank in der Wohnung. Der Vermieter ist äußerst unzuverlässig, da er auch nach mehrfacher Anfrage meinerseits und seitens Booking nicht in der Lage ist, eine Rechnung zu senden. Seit meiner Abreise ist der Vermieter wohl untergetaucht und nicht mehr zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist im EG direkt an einer Durchgangsstraße, was sie zeitweilen laut macht.
