Ausstattung und Lage gut, Service nicht kommunikativ, Boden staubig
5.0Die Ausstattung: Fernseher, kleines Sofa, viele Schränke, kleine Küche mit Kühlschrank und Kochplatten. Das Badezimmer (es war sauber, Handtücher und Duschartikel vorhanden). Die Lage (viele Restaurants, ein Supermarkt und Straßenbahnhaltestelle).
− Die Ankunft war merkwürdig/schlechter Service: Ich habe angerufen, dass ich am Eingang bin (Mann am Telefon war immer freundlich). Dann kam aber eine Dame, die mich wortlos zum Apartment brachte, kurz sagte, dass der Schlüssel aufm Tisch liegt und wieder ging. Sie sagte nur zwei Wörter und schien kaum Deutsch zu sprechen. Keine nette Begrüßung, keine Infos zum Apartment oder so. Gehen musste ich leider auch einfach so: Habe angerufen, dass ich gehe, Schlüssel dagelassen und gehofft, dass alles ok ist. Der Fußboden war sehr staubig (anscheinend nicht einmal gesaugt). Das Bett wirkte im ersten Moment etwas dreckig, ging aber abzuklopfen. Der Kühlschrank machte dauerhaft sein Geräusch.
