5.0− No privacy, sea view but everyone sees you in your bed at the same time when they walk into the building. In the pictures you have a balcony with a sea view. In reality you have to walk out of the room for the balcony, only half glass seperating from the next balcony..Sound isolation is weak and no elevator.

6.0The room itself was comfortable and clean. The kitchen is well equipped.
− The room we were accommodated was No4 on 2nd floor and pictures with terrace (both the bigger one and the smaller one) were not applicable for our room. So pictures doesn't reflect reality of the room you book. The second thing I was really frustrated is the parking place as it was the main reason to book this place. Athough booking app gives the opportunity to ask for parking place when reserving the room, no-one inform us that we don't have such. It turn out that parking is busy and there is no available space for our car. In general, the expectation for the place described differ from what you receive at the end. I would advice to update description for every room in the building and avoid misleading information.
