8.0The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Zane took the time to explain a bit about the city and the subway system, which made it really easy for us to get to all the main areas without any trouble. Uber and taxis were a bit pricey, so we opted for the train from the airport. Even with luggage, it was a smooth and easy journey. There’s a supermarket just down the street, which was super convenient. The bathroom was spacious and comfortable. There’s also a washing machine in the apartment, though it wasn’t clear if we were allowed to use it, but since we didn’t really need it, I didn’t ask.
− A few small things to note: the toiletries mentioned in the listing seemed to be leftovers from previous guests, which made me feel a bit uncomfortable. The towels were quite small, and there was only one robe, which looked old, possibly something a past guest left behind. The kitchen could use a refresh, the dishware, especially the cups, was limited and some were chipped or broken. A new set would really elevate the experience. The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable and likely not ideal for two people, but for a short stay it’s manageable. The closets were full with miscellaneous items (like an old TV), so we didn’t have much usable storage space. We also had an issue with hot water in the shower for two days, but that turned out to be a building-wide problem, not specific to the apartment. Despite these minor inconveniences, the apartment has a lot of potential and none of it was a deal breaker. I would absolutely stay here again.

10.0The hosts were fantastic—they offered valuable assistance and great tips for navigating the city, and they recommended some excellent, authentic restaurants. The apartment was peaceful despite being in a large building, and it was both clean and comfortable. I highly recommend it.
