Beautiful place if only it can get cleaned up before visitors arrive, and clean the outside seating

− Bathrooms very dirty, the helper had to clean before we used it, lot's of insects said spider's web, Had to regularly ask for towels .kitchen cupboards were very dirty, I had to clean before putting any food in.
Unreliable and messed up our stay in Mooi River. We still await our refund.
1.0We had a horrible experience with the property. Upon arrival, their phones were unanswered and they only returned our calls late evening and we had already booked alternative accommodation. They promised to reimburse us and never did to this day.
