The view was amazing! The entertainment area was perfect. The bedrooms were good size and bed were comfortable. Enough bathrooms for everyone! :) would love to book a longer term stay for next year same time, please can someone contact me? thanks!

− Washing machine too small to service more than 2 people, kitchen needs a nespresso machine urgently 🥲 and some sharp knives. Bedside lamps please, the current ones didn’t last longer than 2 hours before they needed to be charged again. Otherwise, perfect!

I loved this house for a family holiday. The family room was amazing for the views, open plan fully equipped kitchen, indoor braai, fireplace and space for everyone. The bedrooms fit everyone. The table tennis board was a nice touch. We had everything we needed in an aesthetic environment. We had an excellent long weekend there.

− Keys for the downstairs bathrooms are essential. Caused a bit of anxiety not being able to lock the door while using the bathrooms.

Not recommended for premium rentals

BEAUTIFUL VIEW OVER WALKERBAY

− Downstairs bathroom shower door could not open No bath mats to stand on Microwave from the 1980's and unhealthy Big pans on kitchen shelf too rusty to use Shower floor uptstairs missing grouting I could have accepted all these if the host charged R3000/night but at R7000 a night it is just not acceptable!

A tranquil and relaxing stay, perfect for unwinding and spending quality time with friends.

The house exceeded expectations - even more beautiful than the pictures. It is spacious, spotless and offers stunning ocean views. The wall heaters in the rooms were a great touch for the chilly nights. The host was extremely helpful and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

− The only aspect that could use improvement is the upstairs bathroom tap, as it was a bit difficult to open. Additionally, just as a general note, the wind in Hermanus can be quite strong, and the house tends to make some noise when it’s windy.
