6.0− No hot water most of the time. Staff rude when rang them or didn't call back. No tea or coffee available.
Clearly not suitable for family never mind for any individual

− 1. Bathroom Smell 2. Shower water floods to other part of bathroom floor 3. Electric Shower unusable for children 4. No hot water at the sink ( bathroom and kitchen ) 5. Sofa or sofa-bed not safe to use ( spotted screws of sofa leg on the floor ) 6. No assistance when something goes wrong
