7.0Frühstück war sehr gut
Sehr ordentliche kleine, feine Unterkunft auf Helgoland
8.0Zentral gelegenes Zimmer, sehr ordentlich und sauber, funktionell. Hotel wird mit vielen anderen Hotels zentral verwaltet, Frühstück gibt es in einem anderen Hotel. Frühstück war sehr gut, die Räumlichkeit eher zu klein. Das Personal war freundlich, aber schien mit den Aufgaben überfordert. (Eine Person für alles ist zu wenig!)
− Die zentrale Organisation für viele kleine Hotels macht es unpersönlich. Wer nur eine Bleibe zum Schlafen und Duschen sucht, für den passt es.

7.0Die Aussicht vom Balkon war sehr schön. Frühstück war gut und reichlich.
− Kein Sonnenschutz auf dem Balkon. Weiter Weg zur Rezeption und Frühstück. Kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Mehrere Dinge defekt: Balkontür nicht abschließbar. Handdusche nicht am Stativ zu befestigen. Ventilator sehr laut Badspiegel schlief und kaputt.
Für ein Wochenende war es super
9.0Top Lage für das Hotel. Ich hatte Glück bin auch früher ins Zimmer gekommen. Schlüssel abholen zum Rückgabe ohne Probleme.
