10.0Staff were super friendly & helpful. I got deluxe apartment and wanted to upgrade, they went above and beyond to help with my request but once I saw the room in person, I didn't need to upgrade as much nicer than on the pics! Very modern and clean

− Difficult staff no signage. If the Wild West was in London, this is where the Cowboys are
Would not stay again due to noise and no hot water.
2.0Convenient location. Very spacious room - essentially an apartment. If I'd been staying longer, that would have been very useful.
− Incredibly noisy - pipes in the room and gangs fighting outside in the middle of the night. No hot water in the morning. Room far too hot - radiator right up high. Opened windows for a while but still uncomfortably hot.
There is a lot of difference in quality between different rooms
4.0Its a strange place, it looks opulent in the photographs or at least quite presentable it is less so than it appears. It shouldn't be called apartments because it is in fact a 3 star hotel and this isn't as god as Citadines. I was initially given a very poor room but they changed it for me when I complained. In my second room I was comfortable but things like the curtains cannot close and the wifi signal was weak diminished my enjoyment.
− There are a lot of pubs and restaurants in the area in fact the hotel is above a major steakhouse. If you are light sleeper there is a lot of noise from people leaving the neighbouring pubs and restaurants.
